Melissa Atis, BCBA
Melissa Atis is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has over 11 years of experience providing ABA services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Melissa graduated summa cum laude from Lindenwood University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, and completed a Master’s degree in Social Work with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis at Saint Louis University.
Melissa has provided direct therapy, consultation, parent and staff training, and technician supervision in a variety of settings, including the home, school, clinic, and community. She has also provided extensive support and training to new professionals in the field.
Melissa truly enjoys working with children, and her passion is in early intervention. Melissa strives to individually tailor intervention programs that attend to a child’s specific needs, and create significant outcomes that generalize across multiple family members and settings. Her primary goal is to empower families by implementing quality evidence-based interventions to help every child reach their fullest potential.
Outside of work, Melissa enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her family and friends.
