About the Role
The OT works with the transdisciplinary team of professionals to provide clinical services for children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities. The OT is responsible for learning and applying ESDM content understanding with moderate support from Trainer treatment plans designed by the therapy team and collaborating with the Speech Language Pathologist, and Board Certified Behavior Analyst on the team. The OT is responsible for developing consistent clinical judgment and is responsive to feedback/implements readily into practice. The OT maintains a weekly billable caseload of service hours and helps to create and maintain the positive and solution-oriented culture within a rapidly growing small business. This is a unique position to work closely with colleagues and acquire training to fidelity in the Early Start Denver Model.

Using the Early Start Denver Model, we provide specialized Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Therapy, and Behavioral Therapy in the home, school, remote environments, and at our center-based program, The Blue School.
