Jordan Schlenke MOT, OTR/L
Jordan is an occupational therapist. Jordan’s inspiration for becoming an occupational therapist, and to work in pediatrics, came from her younger cousin when he was diagnosed with autism at the age of three. Since then, Jordan and her family have watched him grow and become an incredible young man who is currently in his junior year of high school. Jordan has seen the development and growth of her cousin due to his determination, supportive family, and the team of therapists he worked with.
For the past two years, Jordan has been an occupational therapist in skilled nursing facilities working alongside physical therapists, speech language pathologists, and the families of the clients she served. During graduate school, Jordan gained experience at an outpatient clinic, working with children with different diagnoses including Cerebral Palsy, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Down Syndrome. We are thrilled to have Jordan as a part of Blue Stars Therapy team! She is dedicated to providing children and their families with personal and individualistic therapy in their natural environments in order to empower children to become the "best versions of themselves.” Jordan will bring her creativity, drive, experience and therapeutic skills to provide children and their families with individualized treatment interventions and the support they deserve.
Jordan holds the following credentials:
Bachelors of Health Science from Truman State University
Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of New England
