Park in designated Blue Stars Therapy Spots on the right side near the building 2. Text 314.380.3088 upon arrival and open trunk 3. Your kit will be delivered shortly! Price includes 3 months of rental, after which, you will re-take the Play Kit Assessment Quiz.
