Service Description

When booking please type in the exact kit you wish to take home. (For example, Level 1b or Level 2c in the notes.) If that specific kit is unavailable, we will contact you with an alternative recommended kit prior to pick up! Drop Off and Pick Up Location: 567 North and South Road, University City, MO 63130 1. Park in designated Blue Stars Therapy Spots near the building 2. Text 314.380.3088 upon arrival with the make, model and color of your car and open trunk 3. A team member will come to your car to complete the exchange
