$20-25 per billable hour; $12 per non-billable hour

About the Role

The Special Early Childhood Educator/ Special Instructor works with the transdisciplinary team of professionals to provide early developmental services for children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disabilities. The Special Early Childhood Educator/ Special Instructor is responsible for implementing the ESDM curriculum for both atypical and typically developing peers. The Special Early Childhood Educator/ Special Instructor is responsible for collaborating with therapy teams such as the Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Therapist and/or other professionals on the team. The Special Early Childhood Educator/ Special Instructor maintains a weekly billable caseload of service hours and helps to create and maintain the positive and solution-oriented culture within a rapidly growing small business. This is a unique position to work closely with colleagues and acquire training to fidelity in the Early Start Denver Model.

Using the Early Start Denver Model, we provide specialized Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Therapy, and Behavioral Therapy in the home, school, remote environments, and at our center-based program, The Blue School.
